How to place an order

When you select item from our site, specify color, than size. Add items to your shopping bag. When you are finished selecting items, please go to view your shopping bag and enter your discount code, if you have one, then proceed to checkout. Enter all your details, accept terms and conditions and proceed to PayPal or Visa Verified payment.

Omnitom provides a variety of options to place an order:   

      - Trough the website by selecting your favorite items from our shop and proceed to checkout.

Omnitom offers you a variety of payment methods:

Discount policy

 

Omnitom has the rights to change promo codes validity and discount for every new collection. You may use only one promotion at the time. Free shipping is valid only for orders more than 200 EUR and if  the items are not discounted and if no other promotion is used. Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded, except if they have been discounted with a promo code.

 

Shipping and Handling

After placing your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation and order ID by email. We do our best to ship your order within 3 working days after receipt of your order and payment. Your purchase will be shipped via regular mail service. Please indicate your physical address correctly. If you require rush shipping, please contact us for a DHL shipping prices. If you intend to place an order for more than 5 items, please contact us in advance at info@omnitom.com, so that we could inform you on the preferential handling and shipping rates or express delivery options.

Shipping is not refundable for the returned items.

Free shipping is valid only for orders above 200 EUR. and if the items are not discounted. It is not valid for items on sale, promotions and if you are using promo code. For any order lower than 200 EUr and for samples the shipping is paid by the client. 

Omnitom will not be held liable for any customs charges, duties or taxes, associated with international shipments. These fees are collected by the receiving country's customs agencies. If you need a tracking number please contact us at info@omnitom.com

Omnitom updates regularly its stock availability, listed on the website. Sometimes items sell out really quickly. When this happens we do our best to offer replacement, refund or let you know when the item will be in stock.

 

Delivery time

Omnitom is using regular traceable post service and usually it takes between 3-15working days for you to receive the order depending on your location. If you need a tracking number for your order please contact us at info@omnitom.com

Please note that The United States Department of Homeland Security has recently increased its security for packages carried on passenger airlines. These ongoing security issues, combined with the bad weather conditions are affecting the movement of mail to USA and causing delays of the orders.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us for DHL costs.

 

Return Policy

Omnitom accepts returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase if the item is not worn and/or washed, and is returned in the original packaging with the labels attached. Please send a note with your name and address and how you would like us to handle the returned goods (refund or exchange). Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used. Please note that shipping cost are not refundable.

Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive the item damaged or defective, we will replace it in case it is not worn or washed.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable service. Omnitom will not be responsible for packages lost in transit and those will not be refunded. We do not pay for shipping charges on return postage.

Prices

If a product is advertised at a non valid price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order even if it has been confirmed. In such cases we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be issued, if you do not like to proceed with your order at the real price.

All Omnitom prices are in EUR and include VAT. We accept also payments in GBP and USD. Prices in USD or GBP depend on the exchange rate and are updated accordingly on a regular basis.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Bulgarian law. Disputes arising in connection with these Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

All court proceedings, arbitration proceedings, lawsuits, court hearings and other hearings or actions initiated in connection with the site and/or other content must and will be venued exclusively in the supreme court of Sofia, Bulgaria.
