Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” — Lao Tzu
Achieving Harmony through Practising Partnership Yoga

Yoga practice can offer you similar experiences and results when practised with a partner. Couples and especially partner yoga and acro yoga are strongly tied back to teaching techniques. In that way our bodies can communicate in harmony through physical connection and touch. Practising yoga with your partner will increase trust and harmony in the relationship and of course will decrease stress between you both.

Making Contact for Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Growth

The purpose of partner yoga is to deepen and expand your practice. Partnering your poses with another person physically, will provide a resistance element for your practice. This allows your muscles to soften and stretch while your partner’s resistance helps you stay in the pose longer. Relying on a partner also gives the chance to change your tempo and trust your body during staying in another person’s hands. Working together in this manner creates bonds and builds trust in your relationship. You can involve not only your partner, but also your child and friend.

True love is a deep intimacy on all levels: mind, body and soul.

Through practicing yoga in a couple your vibration will be equalized and that will make possible your true love

Yoga instructors will show you how through exercise you can increase your trust in each other and work together as a team. Exercises include different ways of getting in contact with your partner. One of yoga exercises is in position in which you look straight into your partner’s eyes. How good would it be if every day we use this pose and look at each other with good thought and thankfulness. Practising yoga together will increase your intimate moments. This surely will lead your relationship to the upper level. You have to try it just for fun and maybe it will become your way of leaving.
