Shipping and Handling
After placing your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation and order ID by email. We do our best to ship your order within 3 working days after receipt of your order and payment. Your purchase will be shipped via regular mail service. Please indicate your physical address correctly. If you require rush shipping, please contact us for a DHL shipping prices. If you intend to place an order for more than 5 items, please contact us in advance at email@example.com, so that we could inform you on the preferential handling and shipping rates or express delivery options.
Shipping is not refundable for the returned items.
Free shipping is valid only for orders above 200 EUR. and if the items are not discounted. It is not valid for items on sale, promotions and if you are using promo code. For any order lower than 200 EUr and for samples the shipping is paid by the client.
Omnitom will not be held liable for any customs charges, duties or taxes, associated with international shipments. These fees are collected by the receiving country’s customs agencies. If you need a tracking number please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Omnitom updates regularly its stock availability, listed on the website. Sometimes items sell out really quickly. When this happens we do our best to offer replacement, refund or let you know when the item will be in stock.

Please note that The United States Department of Homeland Security has recently increased its security for packages carried on passenger airlines. These ongoing security issues, combined with the bad weather conditions are affecting the movement of mail to USA and causing delays of the orders.
